Dolcetto 2022

From our  estate grown Dolcetto grapes and from other grown on the  Washington side of the Columbia River near Benton City comes our 2021 Dolcetto and we are very pleased to release it this week-end.  I named this wine Natal after my great grand father, who was a legend in that part of Piedmont where we come from.  This wine is the reflection of a pure Dolcetto.  Showing a luminous black cherry robe in the glass, aromas of blackberries and spices in the nostrils will lead to the mouthwatering acidity in the midpalate,  completed by juicy flavors of cherry and blackberry fruit.  Soft, fresh and appetizingly tannic it has structure and complexity.  Enjoy over the coming 3 to 5 years with your favorite salami, risotto, braised beef and pan seared pork chops.
