This is a new blend for Marchesi Vineyards. An Uvaggio, a blend of Chardonnay, 60% and Sauvignon
Blanc 40% The il Bianco 2022 is impressive, straight-up delicious, fun, good white wine. Unpretentious
yet far more than a simple vino Bianco. While the aromas and initial flavors yield a floral elegance, the
intense minerality coats the mid palate with an expression of buttery lemon curd fruit, with notes of
Bartlett pear and grated ginger. Enjoy with seafood pasta, dishes with white sauces, grilled octopus,
roast pork, swordfish, albacore tuna or Branzino.
