People ask what is my favorite wine is all the time, and I’m always hesitant to respond as Ilike them all.
But this is the wine I bring to a friend house, when invited over. This is a very important wine for this
winery as it is a blend of Nebbiolo, the most prominent grape varietal of Piemonte, Italy and Pinot Noir,
the most cultivated grape variety in Oregon a blend of Old and New word. Our Nebbiolo was sources in
south WA and the Pinot Noir came from our vines grown here at Marchesi Vineyards.
Has good concentration of fruit on the nose with refined aromas of cherries and herbal notes.
Sophisticated on the palate with hints of spice, elegance and harmony will lead to a sweet finish.
