Cabernet 2020

These grapes came in healthy, ripe, and ready for the crush. We aged this fresh wine in new American oak barrels for 14 months, and we now have the result.  A fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon we call Eridano, after my favorite uncle. Aromatic nose, structure on the palate, and notes of red berry jam and leather.  Fruity, with good length, this is a beautiful Cab that promises to improve in your cellar for years to come.  Enjoy it with hearty meals and grilled meats.
