Birba 2021

Miscela del Vignaiolo, translate in Vitner's Blend. The name Birba translate to little rascal, I gave it this name because of the way the acidity sneaks up on the mid palate. Ruby red color that is elegant and intense to the eye. The olfactory bouquet is balanced, with fruite notes of blackberries and currant that go together with this well-balanced spicy nuances. The taste is warm and pleasant, harmonious, showing a finish of good persistence on an aftertaste of plums and cinnamon. The result of the blending of Barbera, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this wine pairs well with grilled rib eye steak, eggplant parmigiana, and stews rich with mushrooms.
