Rosato 2023
The Sangiovese grapes came from Mattawa Southeast Washington state last October 26th, 2023
We soak the grapes for 3 hours to extract that lovely Rose Petal color. The aromas are fresh and inviting, reminiscent of honeydew and watermelon. On the palate, it is bright and crisp. Showing lively acidity and a refreshing finish. It pair well with a variety of foods like antipasto platters, pasta with vegetables, bruschetta, prosciutto & melon, salads.
This Rosato was made for warm weather drinking pleasure, it's the perfect wine for Spring and Summer, Enjoy!
